Turners rotating through 90º
We manufacture turners rotating through 90°, capable of safely turning large masses, with capacity from 500 kg to 60 t. If needed, we can supply additional systems to attach the part to the turner itself.
Our turners rotating through 90° allow intermediate stops at any intermediate position, to perform operations on parts on the assembly line. We adapt the design to the needs of each customer, and can include openings to pick up parts with a hook, motorised rollers, frame displacements or support cradles for reels, among other elements.
Turners rotating through 180°
This type of turner rotating through 180° is particularly useful for exchanging disposable or damaged pallets They are also used to swap a European pallet for two medium pallets. Palletisation either on the production line or outside in the dispatch area.
Pallet box turners
We design and manufacture pallet box turners with angles of 140° for different load capacities and overturning heights. We also manufacture pallet box turners with perimeter closures, used for loading aggregate in mixers, shot blasters, furnaces, vibrating equipment and parts transfer in general.
